How long does delivery take?
We offer next working day delivery on all orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Saturday). Orders after 2pm will be shipped the next working day. We do not ship on Sundays. Even Martians need a rest.

Is the pillow adjustable?
Yes. You are the boss of your loft. Every Martian Dreams pillow comes with removable filling so you can tweak it to your perfect squish level. Too lofty? Remove some. Too flat? Let us know and we will send you more for free.

How do I return my pillow if I do not love it?
No problem. We have made it easy. Just log into your account, find your order, and click the return button. We will guide you from there. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Can I really return a tried and tested pillow even though it cannot be put back in the packaging?
Yes. We accept returns in any condition. We want you to actually try the pillow, squish it, sleep on it, see if it is right for you. That is the only way to know if it is a dream match. No need to wrestle it back into the original packaging either.

Can I wash the pillow?
It depends on what is inside.
If your pillow contains only microfibre, you can machine wash the whole thing. Follow the care label and use a gentle cycle with low heat drying.
If it contains memory foam, shredded or solid, do not machine wash the whole pillow. Machine wash the outer bamboo blend cover and spot clean the inner cover only if needed.
Regular fluffing and airing will keep your pillow fresh and comfortable.

Will the pillow get hot at night?
That really depends on you. Every sleeper is different. Body temperature, room conditions, and even your duvet all play a part. Some of our pillows are designed with cooling in mind, like our Hybrid Pillow which includes gel infused memory foam and breathable materials to help with airflow. If you tend to sleep hot, those might be a better fit.

Do I need to fluff my pillow every day?
A quick daily fluff works wonders. It helps keep the filling evenly distributed and your pillow feeling lofty and fresh. Think of it like giving your pillow a morning stretch. It is especially useful for our adjustable pillows to keep everything nicely balanced.

I lost the care instructions. Help?
No worries. Keep the cover clean, give the pillow a fluff now and then, and avoid washing the whole thing if it contains memory foam. If you are unsure, just email us. We are always happy to help.
