Martian Made 2025 Tongue Twister Video Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This competition is organised by Martian Made (EDCAN Ltd), a company registered in the United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

- Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. - No purchase necessary. - Only one entry per person. - Employees of EDCAN Ltd, their families, or anyone professionally connected to the competition are not eligible.

3. How to Enter

- Record a short video of yourself performing the following tongue twister in any creative way: “It’s amazing, it’s amazing, it’s amazing like a misty Martian maze, made of mouldy mayonnaise, made in the month of May, while meticulous maids wearing massive mittens make marvellous marmalade in amazingly amazing ways.” - You can say it fast, slow, in a silly voice, with props, in costume — however you like. The funnier and more creative, the better! - Post your video on either: • Instagram Reels tagging @MartianMade and using #MartianMadeMaze, OR • TikTok tagging @MartianMade and using #MartianMadeMaze. - Your post must be public so it can be viewed by the judging team. - By entering, you confirm that you (and anyone else appearing in your video) consent to being featured in the entry and grant Martian Made the right to share and repost it.

4. Competition Dates

- Opens: 30 September 2025 at 00:01 (UK time). - Closes: 12 October 2025 at 23:59 (UK time). - Entries received outside these dates will not be counted.

5. Prizes

- There are five (5) prizes to be won. - Each winner will receive a Martian Made Goodie Bundle containing: • 2 × Packs of Martian Dreams Hotel Pillows (2 pillows per pack) • 2 × Packs of Martian Dreams Pillowcases (2 per pack) • 2 × Packs of Martian Dreams Pillow Protectors (2 per pack) • 1 × Martian Fire USB Lighter - Each bundle has a retail value of approximately £150.

- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered. - The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Judging and Winners

- All valid entries will be reviewed by the Martian Made team. - Entries will be judged based on creativity, humour, and clarity of the tongue twister. - The five funniest and most creative videos will be selected as winners. - Judging is subjective and the promoter’s decision is final. - Winners will be contacted via direct message on the platform they entered, within 7 days of the competition closing. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a replacement winner may be chosen.

7. Publicity and Rights

- By entering, you grant Martian Made the right to repost and feature your video on our social channels, website, emails, and marketing materials. - You retain ownership of your video.

8. Content Restrictions

- Entries must not contain anything unlawful, offensive, or that infringes the rights of others. - Unsafe, harmful, or inappropriate content may be disqualified.

9. Liability

- The promoter is not responsible for entries not received due to technical failures. - The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition where necessary.

10. Data Protection

- Personal data provided will be used only for the purposes of administering this competition and in line with the Martian Made privacy policy.

11. Governing Law

- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. - This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or TikTok.
