B-grade doesn't mean second best. It means a perfectly good pillow found its way back to us, passed our inspection, and is ready for a second mission.

These are customer returns, personally checked by us to ensure they're in as-new condition before being repackaged as singles. The comfort is identical. The support is identical. The only difference is the price is lower and the environmental footprint is smaller.

We think a great pillow that ends up in landfill is a small tragedy. So we inspect, approve, and rehome every one we can. Each pillow is wrapped in a compostable PLA bag and shipped in fully recyclable cardboard, because the packaging should be as considered as what's inside it.
